Our Silver Lake clients wanted to transform their garage into an ADU a place to hang out, relax, and jam with their musician friends.

Custom white oak cabinetry, polished concrete floors, modern finishes, and a PRL aluminum bi-fold door give the space a clean industrial feel while keeping it warm and inviting.

Our Altadena rebuild is officially coming to life. We’ve successfully completed the framing along with all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins, and we’re now ready to close up the walls and move into the next phase of construction.

Framing is officially underway in Altadena.

Today, we met with our client on site, and it was an emotional moment. After 17 months since the Eaton Fire, they are finally seeing their new home come to life.

For all of us at Centrepoint Construction Inc., it’s a privilege and a blessing to help families rebuild and return home. Every wall framed represents another step toward restoring not just a house, but a place filled with memories, comfort, and hope.

We sat down with our client and reviewed the landscaping design, and hearing the joy and excitement in his voice knowing he’ll soon be back home was priceless.
