Zoho Stone Architectural Composites LLC

Zoho Stone Architectural Composites LLC Manufacture & supplier of high-quality precast cladding products using: 1) FORTON MG , 2) GFRG 3) GFRC 4) REGULAR PRECAST.

Let’s design something exciting today Zoho Stone Cladding Products is one of the premier precast suppliers in the United States. We offer unrivaled expertise in advanced cladding construction for architectural designs. Our first manufacturing facility was established in 1982 in the State of California, where our architectural HybriCast™ products are manufactured with the most innovative and modern

construction materials available in the market. The firm has focused on developing solutions for architects with unique requirements for building envelopes, whether it be exceptional performance, geometric complexity, aggressive schedule, or cost. This has been achieved by expanding our capabilities into providing different precast products such as Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GFRC), Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP or GFRP), Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum or (GFRG), as well as Polymer-Modified Gypsum (Forton MG) for use as exterior cladding material. Our design team is supported by numerous in-house disciplines, ensuring that we have the knowledge base to create complex structures using state of the art technology and material. With GFRC we can design, engineer and supply GFRC exterior cladding systems for institutional and commercial buildings that can provide the same look and feel of precast, limestone, and sandstone. As Architects are adding composite exteriors to buildings for a striking effect and functionality, GFRP panels are now in great demand worldwide. This composite has a Class 1 (or A) fire rating, is thin (3/16”-3/8”), extremely strong (compressive strength of up to 25,000 psi) and weights at about 2Lbs/sqft. It is suitable for use in a broad range of architectural applications. GFRP significantly reduces pollution causing materials for its fabrication, and considerably lowering fossil fuels are needed for its production and transportation. Best of all it can be recycled as fillers in new FRP panels. Zoho Stone's FRP can contribute towards LEED points (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) for accreditation by the USGBC, which allows qualification for tax rebates, zoning allowances and other incentives in hundreds of cities. With GFRG we have developed our interior lines of ceiling panels, fireplace surrounds/mantels and hearths, moldings and trims, niches, domes, light covers, columns, corbels, and medallions/rosettes, as well as interior stone cladding. Zoho Stone is one of the very few companies whose GFRG cladding has been approved by the US Coast Guard (USCG) for use by designers in the interior of Yachts. In Forton MG (FMG), by introducing a polymer to gypsum, we have essentially a light weight (10Lbs/Lft or 5Lbs/Sqft), minimal porosity, weatherproof, high strength, UV and freeze thaw resistant product that can be made in various shapes and textures for exterior use. Our Forton MG which has already been used on many buildings throughout the country (especially in Los Angeles, CA) for over the last fifteen years has shown an amazing resilience to all that Mother Nature has thrown its way. All of our products are available in many different and innovative textures unlike any in the market today. Our texturing and pigmentation technique, which has been developed and fine tuned through years of testing and experimentation, is quite unique and unparalleled in the market. Our past and current projects have been produced for the finest construction companies and architects in the United States. We supply as well as do fabrication of some cast materials for commercial and residential projects. Skilled craftsmen complete all phases of the work produced. Our company uses the latest in architectural software both in design and in manufacturing. We have an in-house mold making shop where model making and tooling is taken to the highest level in this trade. Our dedicated staff, with backgrounds in sculpting, architecture, construction, quality control and computer technology, ensures that our clients receive full support to establish effective methods of construction on realistic budgets. Why custom facade details are easier to execute when the material stays light

Lightweight materials like Forton MG make a real difference. At about 6 lbs per square foot with 10,000 psi compressive strength, our composite cladding supports easier installation and lower structural demands.

Projects with intricate designs often face higher labor and support costs. Choosing lighter materials lowers these barriers and allows faster timelines and more design freedom.

Builders using Forton MG cladding have cut installation time by up to 30% compared with traditional GFRC while maintaining durability and low maintenance.

When materials stay light, custom details are easier to produce and install without sacrificing strength or visual appeal.

How do you evaluate exterior cladding for load, durability, and long-term maintenance?

Choosing the right material starts with structural performance and how it will age over time. Lightweight composites like Forton MG offer high strength at about 6 lbs per square foot with 10,000 psi, which can make installation easier without sacrificing durability.

Traditional materials such as GFRC often weigh more and need more upkeep, which can raise costs over time. Forton MG resists weather and needs less maintenance, helping reduce long-term expenses.

When evaluating cladding, consider:
- Structural load requirements
- Environmental exposure
- Maintenance schedules and costs
- Sustainability goals

Architects and builders who choose lightweight, durable composites often see faster installations and clients who value sustainable, cost-conscious solutions.
