It amazes me the audacity of some people! I’ve saved a very specific community of 90 homeowners thousands of dollars, have done a ton of extras for free, and you get a few keyboard warriors leaving 1 star reviews, threatening phone calls, trying to ruin my family business- all when I bend over backwards daily for our community! Do they not understand that I want to be completed as well? I don’t have a timeline in my contract? We had 2 major devastating storms in the last year? I’m a small business doing everything I can, yet get slammed and threatened by these people daily. I’ve had only 4 negative reviews in the history of my business - all 4 have come from this development- not 1 contract with anyone who has left a 1 star review, all friends in the same building. I didn’t choose the order in which these units get done,
I understand it’s taking time, but like my contract says: Acts of God, employee or material shortages , labor, subcontractors issues are all exempt and well written. I’m doing my best people. I’m trying everyday to satisfy many people. Please understand that. This will get done as soon as possible.
