Four years of Clay Club š¤
Iāve been teaching in some form since 2013, and the only time I stepped away was during the first year of the pandemic, when everything shut down. I spent that year working alone in my studio, and as much as I love making, ceramics isnāt meant to be solitary. I got lonely.
Somewhere in those long quiet days, I started dreaming about building a small, creative community of my own.
That dream became Clay Club.
Yesterday we celebrated four years. We gathered around the table making ikebana inspired arrangements in handmade pots, talking, laughing, creating together.
I donāt think Iāll ever get over how special that feels.
Itās life fuel. And Iām so grateful for every person whoās been part of it š¤
