After speaking with my engineer and the local borough. We agreed on using solid reinforced concrete lintels instead of structural steel. Another happy customer, he now will be able to pull cars and trucks in and out of the building with ease.

Current project I'm on in East Berlin. This customer needs a bigger door. I'm removing the block and cinder block lintel. Installing 1/2 inch structural steel lintels for his garage door opening.

This walkway and porch were in rough shape with a lot of loose/cracked brick and mortar badly deteriorated. I relayed all the loose bricks. Grinded and repointed all areas that needed it. Gave it a light acid wash to make it shine again like night and day difference!

A trash truck hit the garage wall causing significant damage. I had to demo and relay the block. I opted to re-enforce the block work installing #5 rebar in the cells of the block and filling solid with high strength concrete. I also rewired and fastened the light back on the wall.
