Every successful repaint begins long before the first coat of paint! For Eastwood Pines Townhomes, we worked closely with Ameri-Tech Property Management and Property Manager Brett Newby, utilizing extensive color renderings and sample testing to guarantee the final selection was exactly right. Six weeks later, after applying nearly 400 gallons of paint provided by Sherwin-Williams, and ensuring that they’re covered by their 7-year warranty system, the community has a refreshed appearance built to last for years to come.
