PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | Brooker Creek North – Oldsmar, FL

Another project showcasing RAMCON's commitment to quality, precision, and craftsmanship!
Our team delivered the complete roofing and sheet metal package for Building 6 at Brooker Creek North, a new 70,000-square-foot distribution facility in Oldsmar, Florida.
The project features approximately 700 squares of mechanically attached Elevate .060 TPO roofing over polyisocyanurate insulation, along with custom coping, clips, gutters, and downspouts fabricated in our in-house ANSI/SPRI ES-1 metal fabrication shop.
With a large, open roof design, efficient installation and attention to detail were essential to delivering a quality roofing system backed by Elevate's 20-year NDL warranty.

Great work to our crews for their dedication and craftsmanship throughout this project!
