We're so excited to announce that our Assistant Superintendent Andy Ramos is now OSHA #510 certified! 🥳 This prerequisite now gives Andy the opportunity to earn certifications needed for training others.

When one person on our team levels up in safety, every project we touch feels it. This is what investing in your team from the inside looks like, and it shows up on every jobsite.

Every quarter, we get back in the room. Not just to celebrate, but to realign, sharpen up, and make sure we're building toward the same thing. ⚒️ Our Q2 State of the Company was a meaningful way for the team to engage in fellowship, reflect on Q1, and anchor ourselves in the new quarter.

Between a 5-year Envision anniversary, a new certification, new faces, babies on the way, and many April birthdays, Q1 gave us so much to celebrate. Congratulations to our team members all around! 👏

We’ve spent the past few months converting ZooTampa’s lecture hall into a new office space. Today, we’re proud to announce that we’ve reached substantial completion!

This office conversion demanded careful, swift coordination—not only to meet the Zoo’s office needs, but also to keep staff and visitors safe. We hit substantial completion ahead of schedule, with zero disruptions to the active park environment.

We commend our Assistant Project Manager Adrian Suarez and Superintendent Brian Nehus for their commitment to protecting the facility and everyone in it, whether two-legged or four-legged. 🦒

In April 2025, we introduced a weekly 5-minute call to bring our team together—building on a long-standing commitment to staying connected and aligned.

This virtual team huddle called our “Champions Call” takes place every Tuesday morning to include prayer, fellowship, and our weekly and monthly theme touchpoints. Not only does it recharge us and set the tone for the week, but it also keeps our field and office teams connected in a way that carries into how we communicate and work together. 🤝

A team that stays connected on the inside shows up better on the outside—for our partners, our clients, and every project we touch. As we celebrate the one-year anniversary of our Champions Call tradition, we’re grateful for the positive impact it has brought to our team and continues to bring every week! 💓

We were honored to support our partner Moffitt Cancer Center at the 2026 Small Business Symposium! 💙

Held at the Vincent A. Stabile Research Building, where we performed the HVAC roof renovations with The Beck Group, this was a meaningful opportunity for Envision to engage with small and diverse businesses as a minority-owned firm ourselves.

As we currently work with Moffitt to perform specialty campus renovations, we look forward to continually supporting both their people and their buildings. Thank you Desiree Hanson and Moffitt team for the opportunity to encourage supplier diversity at this event! 🙌
