Northwestern Mutual's St. Petersburg office renovation is complete. ✨

Our team completed a comprehensive renovation across the third-floor workplace, refreshing both employee and client-facing spaces and bringing multiple areas of the office together under one coordinated vision.

The result is a more polished, cohesive, and functional environment that better supports the team's day-to-day work and the experience of the clients they welcome into the space.

Meet three of the newest additions to the Envision team: Jacob Lynch, Jorge Quezada and Ethan Gifford. 👋

Ethan joined us this spring as our Project Engineering Intern and has already supported active project work through submittals and project coordination. Jorge and Jacob joined our field team this summer as Foremen, supporting day-to-day site coordination, safety, and progress in the field.

School renovations often move within defined summer schedules, with turnover aligned to the return of students and staff. That kind of work depends on clear planning, strong coordination, and consistent follow-through across every phase.

Across seven Hillsborough County Public Schools sites, our team completed kitchen renovations within that summer schedule, coordinating each location toward the same turnover milestone.

We're grateful for the continued opportunity to support and the spaces that serve students and staff every day.

A look at some of the work our Specialty Projects Division delivered this summer. 🔩

From bollard installation to a Fire Station renovation, school renovation, office improvements, clinic improvements and several smaller facility upgrades, the scopes varied, but each still required thoughtful coordination, communication, and follow-through.

That is a big part of what SPD is built for: helping clients move smaller, time-sensitive, and focused-scope projects forward with one team managing the details.

This month at Envision, we've been focused on Solve Forward. 🔧

It's a simple reminder for our team: when something creates friction, don't stop at identifying the problem. Get clear on what's actually happening, own the next step, and look for the improvement that keeps the same issue from repeating.

Sometimes that means a better process, a clearer handoff, a new checklist, or simply finding a better way to do something we already do every day.

The goal is to solve what's in front of us, learn from it, and carry the improvement forward.

Our team recently came together for a company site visit at University of Tampa Athletics to see three of our projects as they near completion. ⛳

We toured the golf, softball, and track and field projects our teams and trade partners have been working on throughout the summer and saw the progress across all three sites firsthand.
