Some stories take seventeen years to tell.

This month, our founders, Allen Greene Sr. and Allen Greene II, are the cover feature of Tampa Bay Business & Wealth Magazine. A milestone moment for Envision and the father-son duo behind it.

The path to Envision was never linear. Through difficult seasons and hard-earned lessons, resilient faith and hard work told them not to quit. They built a company on a simple rule: people before the paycheck, trust before the transaction.

That mindset still guides how we serve our clients, lead our teams, and build throughout the Tampa Bay community.

We're so excited to announce that our Assistant Superintendent Andy Ramos is now OSHA #510 certified! 🥳 This prerequisite now gives Andy the opportunity to earn certifications needed for training others.

When one person on our team levels up in safety, every project we touch feels it. This is what investing in your team from the inside looks like, and it shows up on every jobsite.

Andy has served Envision for over 8 years, proving his dedication to safety standards time and time again. We can’t wait to witness how he continues to !

Every quarter, we get back in the room. Not just to celebrate, but to realign, sharpen up, and make sure we're building toward the same thing. ⚒️ Our Q2 State of the Company was a meaningful way for the team to engage in fellowship, reflect on Q1, and anchor ourselves in the new quarter.

Between a 5-year Envision anniversary, a new certification, new faces, babies on the way, and many April birthdays, Q1 gave us so much to celebrate. Congratulations to our team members all around! 👏

A team that invests in itself every quarter shows up better for the clients and communities we build for. 💪Grateful for another uplifting team gathering in a room we helped build!
