What will it take to keep building Tampa Bay?

Our President & Co-Founder, Allen Greene II, spoke with Invest: Tampa Bay about the region’s growth and Envision’s place in it.

He discusses new opportunities for local businesses, relationships with clients and trade partners, technology, construction careers and the transportation infrastructure a growing region needs. Costs and timelines are part of that wider picture.

A look inside the spaces our team renovated at USF’s College of Education. 🤘💚

The renovation of rooms 146–149 included shared areas, individual rooms and a kitchenette, with refreshed finishes and the college’s green carried throughout.

Thank you to University of South Florida and our project partners for trusting our team with this renovation.

A little birthday love for someone we’ve been cheering on for years. 🎉

Armani Ramos, Assistant Superintendent, celebrates his birthday this Saturday!

Earlier this year, while working on the Armwood project, Armani shared a thought that stuck with us: “The way we treat each other reflects who we are as a company.”

Armani, we’re grateful to have you in our Envision family and to be part of your journey. We hope you have a great birthday and a year full of happiness and new adventures. 💚

Help us send him some birthday love!

Shoutout to our Hard Hat Hero! 👏💚

Our superintendent, Andre Ramos Jr., was named one of ABC Florida Gulf Coast’s 2026 Hard Hat Heroes!

In nearly a decade with Envision, we’ve watched Andre grow in his role as superintendent. We’re proud to see his work recognized beyond our own team.

You’ve earned this moment, Andre. We’re proud of you. 👏

Responsiveness, organization and coordination matter throughout a construction project.

Jason Baranec, Project Manager at the University of Tampa, shares his experience working with Envision on Pepin Stadium, the softball dugouts and the golf practice facility.

Thank you for the trust, Jason. We’ve enjoyed working with you, the university’s team and the trade partners who helped deliver the work.

Built for Spartan golfers, right on campus. ⛳ The University of Tampa | University of Tampa Athletics

The new golf practice facility gives the University of Tampa’s golf teams a dedicated place to work on their short game, with a synthetic putting green, target areas and a netted enclosure.

A dugout upgrade for Spartan softball. 🥎

Our team extended both softball dugouts at the University of Tampa, adding bench space, gear storage, padding, and netting to better support players and coaches on game day.

A place for the Tampa Spartans to take a breather. ⚽💚

At Pepin Stadium, our team added seating, shade, fans and new turf, with hooks for bags and gear. The space was designed to give the soccer teams somewhere to step out of the sun and take a break between time on the field.

Here’s a look at the finished space.
