We maintain a constant state of preparedness by keeping our response plans, resources, and teams current so we can rapidly deploy wherever and whenever our clients need us. Our multidisciplinary teams include professionals from project management, GIS, engineering, survey, and geospatial, allowing us to deliver comprehensive support in dynamic and high pressure environments. When appropriate, we also leverage UAS drone technology to improve situational awareness, accelerate damage assessments, and reduce risk by limiting exposure in hazardous or hard to access areas.
The Power of Our Response
For many clients, we provide forensic and root cause analysis following storm events. As soon as conditions are safe, our teams mobilize onsite to assess damage, collect detailed field data, and document findings. We develop thorough and defensible reports that identify root causes and support regulatory submissions to Public Utilities Commissions. This work not only supports compliance but also helps clients improve system resilience while maintaining a strong focus on safe operations. For other clients, we operate as an extension of their boots on the ground response teams, directly supporting restoration efforts. Our personnel assess damage to transmission and distribution infrastructure, perform field engineering, and coordinate closely with operations teams. At the same time, our office-based engineers conduct rapid analysis to develop safe engineered solutions that help expedite power restoration without compromising safety or reliability.
