This beautiful pine was roughly 50 years old until we showed up. This pine wasn’t always leaning towards the lake, 3 years back during the hurricane this big beast stood its ground to 120mph winds. The home owner eventually said he’d like it cut down to its stump and all the debris hauled away.

I always recommend calling your city and having the remove any lines before working around them, especially if the tree is rotted and shows signs of weakness.
