Cone Pe*******on Testing (CPT) is a methodology used to obtain detailed information about the subsurface through continuous pe*******on, allowing data to be recorded during the test.

This allows for the interpretation of ground variations, the identification of changes between strata, and the acquisition of valuable information for geotechnical analysis.

Therefore, CPT has become a widely used tool in projects where having more detailed subsurface information can directly influence decision-making.

At TMG, we develop 10- and 20-ton CPT rigs, designed to adapt to different types of operations, with track, trailer, or truck-mounted configurations depending on the job requirements.

⚙️ Helical piles manufactured for a large-scale project.

These helical piles were manufactured and delivered for a major project for our client, Pilotes Helicoidales LATAM, meeting the specific requirements of a large-scale application.

Beyond the steel itself, each component represents precision manufacturing, strength, and a solution designed to perform where it truly matters: in the field.

We thank PHL for their trust in our work and for allowing us to be part of this important project.

More than just a demonstration.

An opportunity to see the equipment in operation, resolve technical questions, and understand how it can respond to the real needs of the project.

Because more than just delivering equipment, we share experience, provide technical training, and support every project.

👇 What's most important to you in a technical demonstration?

There are projects where a larger capacity platform is exactly what's needed.

But there are also jobs where a compact rig can perform more efficiently, especially when access, available space, or site conditions begin to affect operations.

At TMG, we develop different geotechnical equipment configurations—from compact machines to larger capacity equipment—to meet different types of work, methods, and operating conditions.

In the end, it's not always about having the biggest machine.
It's about having the right platform for the right job.

Some jobs are done out of routine… and others are done with passion.

We believe that shows in the results.

At TMG, we don't just manufacture equipment. We manufacture tools designed to support major projects from day one. 💪🏼

There are geotechnical projects where it's not about doing a lot of things, it's about having a machine that can keep up with the pace and demands of the work.

For this type of operation, at TMG we have a rig designed to work with SPT, rotary drilling, and core recovery, maintaining control and consistent performance throughout the day: the STR-174.

Its structure, configuration, and field performance are designed for projects where the work demands the most from the equipment.

If you are evaluating a larger-scale geotechnical project, we can help you explore how the STR-183 can be integrated into your operation.

Our technical staff takes care of finalizing every detail before delivery.

Every inspection, adjustment, and test is part of ensuring that the machine arrives ready to work from day one, without any last-minute changes.

Because it's not just about delivering equipment, but about ensuring it functions correctly from the moment it goes into operation.

In geotechnical engineering, two rigs can spend the same number of hours in the field… and still produce completely different results.

Some rigs force you to stop processes, make constant adjustments, or rely on multiple rigs to complete different stages of the work.

And others are designed to maintain continuity, adapt to different methods, and reduce unnecessary interruptions during operation.

That's why at TMG we design geotechnical rigs with more versatile configurations in mind, capable of integrating different types of testing and drilling within the same work system.

Because ultimately, equipment isn't just evaluated based on its specifications.
It's also evaluated based on how well it performs in the field.

At TMG, we love doing technical training with Raditek, , in partnership with UTP Azuero, working with the MB-13TL in an environment focused on its real-world application.

It's not just about operating a machine, but about understanding how it responds, how to adapt it, and how to get the most out of it in every project.

Because when knowledge accompanies the machine, the results change.

And that's where its performance truly begins.

The way a helical pile is manufactured directly affects how it enters the ground and how it responds under load.

The geometry of the helices, the precision of each joint, and the consistency of the materials determine whether the installation remains stable or begins to vary during the process.

The pile's progress, the equipment's response, and the continuity of the installation depend on how well it is constructed from the start.

If you are considering working with helical piles, we can help you determine which manufacturing method best suits your job conditions.
