Bates Electric is proud 😀 to be part of the ground-up construction of a new 35,000-square-foot gymnasium at Kirkland Ranch Academy of Innovation .
Supporting students across multiple programs, the new facility 🏫 includes basketball and volleyball courts, a weight room, wrestling room, locker rooms with showers and laundry facilities, plus a welcoming front lobby and concessions area.
The project also includes a detached chiller yard with two 120-ton chillers serving the gymnasium — supporting the infrastructure needed to keep this expansive new facility running.
From the electrical systems behind the walls to the spaces students will use every day, projects like this are about more than construction 🔨 — they’re about building facilities that will serve a community for years to come.
