Putting the finishing touches on this South Tampa waterfront home. Complete with elevator, boat dock, and repurposed stained glass from Jesuit High Schools St. Anthony’s chapel that was torn down years ago to make way for the new Chapel of the Holy Cross. I am blessed to be able to have a hand in making some of Tampa’s next generation estate homes that will become part of its storied and vibrant architectural landscape.

Hands down best long term flooring protection for construction projects. Coverguard by Bainbridge is diamond plate embossed for slip resistance, is 10 mil thick so it’s extremely durable and waterproof. This new Orange color is not fire resistant but saves you $100 per roll over their original Blue fire resistant rolls. If you need to protect that expensive new floor you just laid or existing surfaces during construction give this product a try you will not be disappointed. , ,

Rooftop South Tampa view. When only the best will do. Zip System sheathing and tape flashing provides a waterproof system for 180 day exposure allowing for a dried in structure during construction before finishes start installation. Also makes for a great secondary water barrier for those pesky hurricanes.

Have to love S Tampa lots. Crane fully extended with additional 20’ jib to reach up and over two story house to set rear trusses basically blind. Pinciotti’s Crane Service is dead on as usual.
