Meet Kylee! 👋

Kylee is our Director of Marketing & Design, leading MK Construction's marketing strategy, brand development, client experience, and design services while overseeing many of the day-to-day operations that keep the company running smoothly.

With a background in construction marketing, public relations, and commercial construction, Kylee focuses on growing the MK Construction brand through social media, community involvement, and strategic networking while helping clients navigate design selections and the building process. She believes a great construction experience begins long before construction starts.

Outside the office, Kylee enjoys spending time with her husband, Mason, and their daughter, Hutton. You'll often find her traveling, out on the boat, or trying one of Tampa's newest restaurants!

Whether she's coordinating projects behind the scenes or helping clients bring their vision to life, Kylee is committed to creating an experience that's just as memorable as the finished project.

Meet Mason! 👋

Mason is our CEO & Director of Construction, leading every project with a hands on approach and a commitment to quality from start to finish.

Before founding MK Construction, Mason managed large scale residential and commercial projects, including high-rise multifamily developments valued at more than $40 million. Today, he continues to oversee construction from planning through completion while leading the company's continued growth and maintaining the hands-on approach that sets MK Construction apart.

When he's away from the jobsite, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife, Kylee, and their daughter, Hutton. You'll also find him out on the water or on the pickleball court whenever he gets the chance!

Strong leadership is the foundation of every successful project, and Mason is committed to making every client's building experience one they can trust.
