This week’s Ybor City Chamber of Commerce luncheon featured Audrey Chapuis, President & CEO of the Tampa Bay History Center. So on this (and ), we’re spotlighting AIC’s expansion to the museum’s gallery space which houses their now iconic maritime exhibit & map library. The design required a new 4th floor addition, all while keeping the museum open to the public & irreplaceable artifacts on the floor below safe & dry.

AIC is proud to share the latest progress on our client Velera’s brand-new headquarters and client experience center at Sparkman Wharf! This financial technology solutions provider is relocating from their long-time home in St. Petersburg to the Water Street District. The ~30,000 SF space was designed to reflect Velera’s innovative culture with specialty lighting, custom graphics, and technology-forward elements. Thanks to BOS - Business Office Systems for sharing this sneak peek before this week’s furniture delivery!
