Safe jobsites start with people who are prepared.

Team members across Focus have completed OSHA 510. This course covers the standards that keep a construction site safe for everyone on it. Over the past month, our team also completed CPR and forklift training.

For our GC partners, that means a crew that shows up ready on every jobsite, with no surprises.

Thank you to our team for the care you bring to each other and everyone you work beside.

Our team worked on nearly 700,000 square feet of LVT, tile, and millwork base at Asher Residences at Water Street, a 22-story tower with more than 500 units.

Work at that scale only comes together with real coordination: budgets tracked from day one, a schedule watched all the way through, and a team ready whenever Suffolk Construction needed us.

Thankful to have worked alongside Suffolk Construction

There's one thing almost every person in our office has in common. 🐶

Swipe to meet some of the pack.

Flex belongs to Jacques, Claire, and the Duval family, a rescue and brother to another teammate's Bordoodle. He loves to eat, chase reflections, and guard the front door, and once woke himself up with his own gas.

Bo was Michael's hound mix, rescued from the pound as a puppy when no one expected him to make it. He lived 15 years, loved Dentastix, swimming and people-watching through the fence. Miss ya, buddy.

Caine belongs to Kim and Mike. He was found wandering South St. Pete at 9 weeks old, and today he's a 130-pound Cane Corso and Neapolitan Mastiff mix who is fully convinced he's a lap dog. He's not wrong, he's just very heavy.

Even Pam has a "dog" now. Low maintenance & never needs a walk. So really, every single person in our office has a dog.

More of the pack, coming soon.

Members of our team completed hands-on lull and forklift training focused on safe, confident equipment operation.

Training like this strengthens more than an individual skill. It helps our teams communicate clearly, work more efficiently and make better decisions in the field.

We’re proud to invest in the people behind the work, and we're proud of every team member who continues showing up ready to learn.

School is back in session. 🎒

Throughout the summer, our project and field teams worked across school campuses to coordinate schedules, complete flooring scopes and help prepare each space for students’ return.

We’re especially grateful for our Red Team, whose steady work in the field helped turn months of planning into finished classrooms, corridors and shared spaces.

It’s bigger than us. The work we complete today becomes part of where students will learn, grow and build their futures.

Healthcare spaces require more than installation.

It means coordinating around occupied spaces, following infection-control requirements and paying close attention to everything from surface preparation and material transitions to dust, debris and installation timing.

Each detail matters when patients, caregivers and staff depend on the space every day.

At Focus Flooring, we’re proud to bring the precision and thoughtful planning healthcare environments require.

Members of our field and office teams stepped away from their usual roles for CPR training.

Because safety isn’t only about preventing an incident—it’s also about being prepared to respond when someone needs help.

We’re proud of our team for taking the time to learn skills that can make a difference at work, at home and throughout our community. It’s bigger than us.

Our SPD Team recently completed its flooring scope for the bathroom renovations at Pasco Fire Station 14—including new wall and floor tile and tiled showers throughout the facility.

This isn’t just a bathroom renovation. It’s an investment in the spaces firefighters rely on every day.

We’re proud of the craftsmanship and attention to detail our team brought to every surface—and grateful for the opportunity to support the people who serve our community.

It's our busiest season, and that's exactly when showing up for each other matters most.

Prepping tomorrow's materials before today's shift ends, huddling together to plan out the week, lending a hand wherever it makes the day move faster.

That's what accomplishing more together looks like, and it's what keeps every job moving steadily, no matter how busy the season is.

At Focus, every aviation project starts with the invisible work.

Before the work begins at an active airport, every one of our flooring techs has already cleared a background check and picked up their security credentials.

It's work no one sees, and it's exactly what keeps a GC's schedule from stalling before it even starts.
