Between juggling schedules, coordinating trades, solving unexpected problems, and keeping projects moving, there’s never a dull moment in construction.

A custom built-in entertainment center might look effortless when it’s finished, but trust us, there’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes. 👀

From coordinating with electricians to strategically placing recessed LED lighting, concealing low-voltage connections behind the TV, and making sure every measurement is precise, there’s very little room for error.

Every trade has to be on the same page. Every detail has to be thought through before installation. And every component needs to work together without compromising the overall design.

Because the goal isn’t just to create something beautiful. It’s to make sure it functions just as well as it looks.

That’s the difference between simply building something and building it right.

The details you don’t see are usually the ones that took the most coordination.

For this space, our team worked closely with the electricians and carpenters to integrate recessed lighting strips and electrical strips directly underneath the cabinetry.

No bulky fixtures. No outlets interrupting the design. Just clean lines, functional power where you need it, and lighting that feels like it was always meant to be there.

Because great design isn’t just about how a space looks. It’s about making every trade work together to make it function just as beautifully.

Happy 1-year anniversary to one of our PMs, Brian!

In just one year, Brian has become the guy who’s always ready to jump in, learn something new, ask the right questions, and somehow end up as the star of half our reels. 😂🎥

He keeps the job sites moving, keeps things lighthearted, and isn’t afraid to have a little fun along the way.

We’re lucky to have you on the Tribeca team, Brian. Here’s to one year down and plenty more projects, lessons learned, and questionable reel appearances to come. 😂👏

The drywall is going up, and this space is starting to take shape!

At our Headlines Barbershop project in Hunter’s Green, the walls are turning an open framework into defined spaces. Once the drywall is hung, taping, joint compound, and sanding help create smooth surfaces ready for primer and paint.

Getting these details right now makes all the difference in the finished space.

There’s still plenty ahead, but the vision is getting easier to see. Stay tuned as we keep building!

Construction update from our Headlines Barbershop build-out in Hunter’s Green.

Drywall is up, joint finishing is underway, and the open ceiling highlights the exposed ductwork overhead. The layout is taking shape around the future barber stations and hair wash area.

A barbershop build-out requires careful coordination of plumbing, electrical connections, and station placement. Checking that work against the plans and completing the required inspections are essential steps before finishes and fixtures go in.

There’s a lot happening before the first chair gets installed. Follow along as we bring this space together.
