🚧 WE’RE HIRING: FLEET SERVICE COORDINATOR

RIPA & Associates is looking for an experienced Fleet Service Coordinator to join our team!

This fast-paced role is responsible for keeping service work moving across our heavy equipment fleet—from work order intake and repair scheduling to coordinating with technicians, field teams, vendors and equipment dealers.

We’re looking for someone who:
🔹 Has 2–3+ years of experience coordinating service and repairs for a heavy construction equipment fleet
🔹 Has experience working with a CMMS or fleet management system
🔹 Understands heavy equipment and dealership service operations
🔹 Is highly organized and can manage multiple repairs and priorities at once
🔹 Communicates well with field teams, technicians, vendors and dealers
🔹 Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
