Open Enrollment for the 2026–2027 plan year is now open!

Please take this opportunity to review your current benefit elections and make any changes needed for the upcoming plan year.

Important Dates
• Last Day to Enroll: September 13, 2026
• New Coverage Effective Date: October 1, 2026

This is a Passive Enrollment. If you are satisfied with your current elections and do not wish to make any changes, no action is required.

If you would like to make changes, add new elections, or cancel coverage, please complete your enrollment through the Employee Portal by the deadline.

Benefit Highlight: Employees enrolled in Medical Plan A (HSA OAP Low) receive a $250 annual RIPA contribution to their Health Savings Account (HSA)

As we wrap up another season of Tuesday’s Champion, we’re proud to look back at some of the incredible kids and families we had the privilege of celebrating this year.

For 7 years, RIPA has been proud to partner with the Tampa Bay Rays and to help create unforgettable experiences for children facing life-threatening illnesses.

Tuesday’s Champion for this season may be over, but we’ll keep cheering for our Champions all year long. 💙⚾

⚾💙 RIPA Night is almost here — and these RIPA kids are taking the field

This Saturday is going to be one to remember! As we come together for RIPA Night at the Ballpark, several of our employees’ kids will get the opportunity to be part of the game with some pretty incredible on-field experiences!

We love that RIPA Night is about more than baseball — it’s a chance to bring our employees and their families together, make memories, and celebrate the people who make RIPA what it is.

We can’t wait to cheer on Silas, Aidan, Zayne, Cullen and Kyden as they take the field Saturday night! 👏⚾

There’s nothing like getting out from behind the desk and seeing the work firsthand!

Our Marketing & Corporate Events and HR team members recently spent time in the field at Waterset, getting an up-close look at the incredible amount of planning, coordination, and hard work that goes into every stage of a project this size.

A huge THANK YOU to Superintendent Matt and his team for taking the time to show us around, walk us through the different phases of the project, and educate us on the process behind the work we see every day.
