Our Tampa team recently came together for another great day of giving back!

David Weekley Homes Team Members, along with friends and family, volunteered at Benchmark International Arena to pack meals for those in need throughout our community.

Say hello to Mary Shea, Land Coordinator for the Tampa Team!

Mary was born and raised in Tampa. She and her husband, a Real Estate Agent whom she met through a David Weekley Homes Sales Consultant, recently celebrated their 13th anniversary. Together, they have four children and a granddaughter and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of a grandson in December. Rounding out the family are their beloved dogs, Buddy, a yellow Labrador, and Buck, a Great Dane.

In her spare time, Mary loves to sing as part of an acoustic duo or full band and even hosts karaoke. She also enjoys baking cookies and cakes.

As Land Coordinator, Mary supports the Directors of Land Acquisition and Land Development as they secure and develop homesites. She manages land development invoices, helps monitor budgets and Vendor commitments, assists with forming HOAs for self-developed communities, and facilitates the flow of information between departments.

After more than 22 years with David Weekley Homes, Mary still loves the variety her role provides and the opportunity to learn something new every day. David Weekley Homes is proud to have Mary on the Tampa Team!
