Teaching the next generation starts early.

Had my grandson Nolan out on the job with me today, and he was already putting in work, helping with invoicing and learning how things come together behind the scenes. Building homes is more than lumber and concrete… it’s about building a legacy and passing down the work ethic that makes it all possible.
