Just about complete with our floor plan on the next spec house in South Tampa. A 5600 square foot house with 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths, 2 half baths, office and a huge bonus room. We will be installing a custom pool from Tropical Pools and Pavers as well . More to follow!!
