We're proud to share a project close to home. The TGH Innovation Center is officially open on 5th Avenue in Ybor City!

Tampa General Hospital's new 32,000-square-foot hub transforms the former Masonite building into one of the most forward-thinking healthcare facilities in the Southeast. It's home to event spaces, classrooms, production studios, and a "hospital room of the future" designed to showcase emerging clinical technology.

As a firm rooted in Ybor City, it is exciting to contribute to the neighborhood's growth. Congratulations to Tampa General Hospital, Palantir, Workscapes, and all our partners that worked to make this vision real.

The City of Tampa’s Fleet Maintenance Decentralization facility on 40th Street is taking shape! This 28,000 SF state-of-the-art maintenance hub is designed to keep Tampa's municipal fleet running strong. With modern service bays, EV charging, secure access, and room to grow, this project is built for the future of city operations.

Delivered as a design-build partnership with AD Morgan, this project reflects a collaborative approach focused on efficiency, constructability, and long-term value.
