at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital Patient Tower Expansion Project! ๐Ÿ—๏ธ๐Ÿฅ

Progress is happening fast on the new tower expansion. While our plumbing team works hard to complete underground piping on the east side of the project, structural steel is already being craned in and welded on the west side.

Itโ€™s always impressive to see how quickly a project begins taking shape. Multiple teams working together, staying coordinated, and keeping the project moving forward every day makes progress like this possible.

Big things are happening at Palms West, and weโ€™re proud to be part of it!

Construction Safety Week may be coming to a close, but our commitment doesnโ€™t stop here.

Safety isnโ€™t a finish line; itโ€™s a standard we choose to uphold every single day.

This week reinforced what we already know:
A strong safety culture is built through

Thatโ€™s what makes the difference.
Thatโ€™s what keeps our people safe.
And thatโ€™s how we carry forward: ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ.

Day 4 of Construction Safety Week reminds us that respect is one of the strongest tools we bring to a jobsite.

Respect means slowing down when needed, backing one another up, and creating an environment where safety conversations are welcomed and encouraged. Itโ€™s the understanding that every role matters and every decision has an impact on the people around us.

Throughout the week, members of our Safety Department visited several active projects to connect with teams, support onsite safety initiatives, and reinforce the shared responsibility we all have in keeping our job sites safe.

These moments matter because safety is built through people working together with trust, communication, and care for one another.
