Looks like we have a lot of rain on the way! Here’s a septic tip: 🌧️
When the ground is saturated, your drainfield has to work a little harder. Try to spread out laundry, showers, and other heavy water use during periods of prolonged rain.

And if you notice slow drains, unusual odors, or standing water around the drainfield after the rain, it may be worth having the system checked.
