Happy New Year! If you are receiving this newsletter, then Elsasser’s Lock & Key has been your preferred locksmith this year. We are thrilled and humbled to partner with you to help meet all your lock and key needs. We at Elsasser’s write to you to reflect on a year filled with ups and downs.
As the New Year begins, we remember the unexpected passing of Mike Cleary, Elsasser’s owner and heartbeat for over 30 years. For those who knew Mike, knew that he was the face of the key shop. Over the years, whether over the phone or in the shop, clients assuredly exchanged conversation and pleasantries with Mike. Always ready to lend a helping hand, put others first, and just shoot the breeze, Mike will be sorely missed.
Nevertheless, as we transition into the New Year, we are dedicated to providing you the same superior customer service, competitive rates, and quality craftsmanship. We have redoubled our efforts to streamline our workflow and services to ensure your desired lock and key solutions giving you the peace of mind and security you need to take on life’s challenges.
Whether you have residential or commercial lock and key needs or anywhere in between, we are ready and eager to fulfill your expectations in a timely and professional manner. With over 60 years of locksmith experience and service to the Tallahassee and surrounding area, we solve the toughest and most complex of locksmith needs. If we can’t meet your request, you can expect us to be forthcoming, honest, and willing to point you in the right direction. Simply put, we strive to treat you as we would want to be treated.
