Not every remodel is just new paint and flooring.

We took this investor property down to the studs, rebuilt it from the inside out, and enclosed the carport to create additional usable space.

Now we’re onto paint and flooring—and it’s finally starting to look like the vision we started with. 🔨🏠

Follow CSLC for the finished reveal.

Summer’s over. The kids are back in school. Schedules are getting back to normal. 🍂

Now… what about that home project you’ve been saying “we’ll get to it eventually” for the last 6 months? 👀

Whether it’s an addition, renovation, outdoor living space, or finally knocking out that project that keeps getting pushed down the list, fall is a great time to get moving.

🏠 What project have YOU been putting off?

Drop it in the comments 👇 or send CSLC a message and let’s talk about it.

DON’T buy a house that looks like this… 👀

…unless you can see what it could be.

We took this investment property down to the studs and are putting it back together one phase at a time. 🔨 From framing → drywall → flooring, the transformation is starting to show.

Sometimes the best investments aren’t the prettiest ones on day one. 🏠📈

Would you have seen the potential in this one?

Wait… THAT was a carport?! 👀🏠

This home got more than a facelift. We took an underused carport, enclosed it to create valuable new living space, and tied it into a whole-house renovation that completely changed the look and feel of the property.

The best renovations aren’t always about starting over — sometimes they’re about seeing the potential that’s already there.

Thinking about adding space, enclosing a carport, or giving your home a complete transformation?

Real projects. Real work. Real relationships.

Not every photo needs to look like it came from a magazine. When we’re working on an investment property, we want to show the real process—from the first demo to the final detail.

Because successful projects aren’t just about improving a property. They’re about protecting the investment, creating value, and building relationships with people we hope to work with for years to come.

At CSLC, we’re here to do great work for good people. Period.

🚧 From open space to a functional connection. 🙌

We’re proud to wrap up our scope at Holy Comforter School, where we constructed a new breezeway connecting two campus buildings. 🏫🔨

What began as an open walkway is now a permanent structure that enhances accessibility, provides protection from the elements ☀️🌧️, and blends seamlessly with the existing campus architecture.

At C.S. Lewis Construction, we bring the same level of craftsmanship, planning, and attention to detail to our commercial projects as we do every project we build.

📍Planning a commercial construction project in the Tallahassee area? We’d love to discuss how we can help bring your vision to life.

Every beautiful renovation starts with one conversation.

We can bring the craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail.

All we need is for you to meet us halfway.

If you’ve been dreaming about transforming your home, this is your sign to make the call.

Let’s build something you’ll love coming home to. TallahasseeHomes

This photo wasn’t staged… this is just Chris being Chris.

Tools in one hand, plans in the other, juggling job sites and helping wherever needed because no matter how much CSLC grows, he’s never been the type to sit behind a desk while others do the work. 💪🏽

And that sign behind him? It means a little more than acrylic on a wall. 12 years ago, CSLC was just a vision built on faith, hard work, and doing right by people. Today, seeing our name on the wall of our own office space is a reminder of how far God has brought us.

We’re growing, grateful to add Duncan to the team in the past year, and thankful for every client who has trusted us along the way. Still growing. Still showing up. Still getting the job done. 🔨
