In 1996, America was a much different place. Crowds of people were doing the Macarena, Nintendo 64 was released, we cheered on Team USA at the Atlanta Olympics, and Furby could still be found on the shelves of your local Sears.
That same year, Frank Panzarino joined the Residential Elevators team. Today, Frank serves as our Chief Compliance Officer, but his path to leadership began with a little bit of everything.
Back in the ’90s, the company was much smaller, and employees were involved in nearly every part of the business. Frank might sell an elevator, help build it at the factory, drive to the customer’s home to install it, and return later to service it. Calling him a jack of all trades barely covers it.
That hands-on experience gave Frank a deep understanding of our business and the people who make it work. It has helped shape the extraordinary leader he is today, and he remains an invaluable part of our team.
