Our HR Generalist Extraordinaire, Jessica Moody, put together 122 hydration boxes for our field staff to beat the heat!

Special thanks to Safety Manager, Chris Mock, for the idea and planning behind this.

It's safe to say our sales, install, and service teams have the New York & New Jersey markets COVERED! Our CEO has been with them all week exploring jobsites, meeting with industry partners, and even wrapping up a project just as the sun dropped behind the skyline.

Our marketing and engineering teams also had the opportunity to get firsthand insight into how our installers execute at such a high level in the field. A great learning experience all around.

Find you a CEO that puts on the hardhat! Eric Grant was out in the field all week with our Atlanta team, meeting with building partners and soaking in all the knowledge.

We've found that the best leaders don't manage from a boardroom. They know the names, the trucks, the jobsites, and the standards, because they've lived it.

Grateful for a team that makes it so easy to be proud!
