We don’t typically share construction progress, but this project is too good not to share.

The second-floor ICF walls and cast-in-place concrete columns are nearing completion, with cast-in-place beams and a concrete roof still to come. Designed for durability in a demanding coastal environment, this custom home will capture 270-degree views of the surrounding landscape and St. George Sound.

A pair of eagles has even been watching over the jobsite.

Design is complete and construction is getting underway on the Deskins Residence in Sunset Pointe on Cape San Blas! Expansive screened porches, vaulted ceilings, and light-filled spaces are designed to make the most of coastal living. We’re looking forward to watching this one come to life!

𝗔 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗕𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗜𝗦𝗡'𝗧 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗦𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗘. It's about views, shade, breezes, outdoor living, and making the most of every day on the coast.

We recently wrapped up schematic design for this stacked duplex in Mexico Beach. The design combines elevated construction, generous porches, and a relaxed coastal character while creating two independent residences within a single structure.

Projects like this start with a conversation and a blank sheet of paper. The rest is problem-solving.

It’s been hard to keep this one under wraps, but we’re excited to finally share a look at a major renovation project in Cape San Blas, Florida! The design renovates the existing main house while adding a new wing connected by a central stair tower that unifies the structures. A key goal was incorporating universal design and ADA accessibility in a way that feels natural, including a new elevator and an elevated covered boardwalk linking the buildings.

The outdoor living areas were also reimagined with a larger pool, firepit, and expanded gathering spaces to better capture the coastal lifestyle. If you’re planning a renovation or new construction along the coast, our team can help navigate the design challenges and bring your vision to life.
