We are honored to continue our partnership with our friends at Westminster Oaks with this 18,000 sq. ft. renovation and we could not be prouder of how it turned out.

Here's what went into it:
🔨 Framing, drywall and paint
⚡ Electrical, plumbing and HVAC ductwork
🪵 Custom built-in bookshelves and cabinetry
🪨 Quartz countertops and tile
🖼️ Wallpaper and wood panel accent walls
🚪 New doors and flooring throughout
✂️ New salon with a dedicated laundry room
🏋️ Refurbished fitness area with welded rubber flooring, mirrors and dance bars
⛪ Chapel with custom stained millwork
🔩 Cut concrete for new electrical, data and air lines

From the main corridor and Chapel to the boutique, salon, fitness area, player club and beyond, every space was built with care.

🏗️We are so grateful to WestScott Construction, who served as the Festival's 2026 Hockett Lane Sponsor this year! WestScott is a phenomenal year-round partner to , and their support for the 2026 Festival meant a lot to the team.

Beyond their financial sponsorship, their team stepped up in huge ways logistically:
🛺 Provided a golf cart to keep setup operations moving smoothly.
🌭 Fed our hard-working volunteers, artists, and city workers from the Scottie’s Dogs cart during the busy Friday setup.
💪 Hired a small crew to help our volunteers pack up on Sunday afternoon—providing an incredible boost right when everyone was exhausted after a long, hard weekend.

🐎What is a Lane Sponsor? We named our primary walking lanes after iconic artists in our Permanent Collection, including the internationally renowned Roland Hockett. His iconic copper horse and eagle sculptures are beautiful staples of the LeMoyne Arts Garden. It is the continued generosity of partners like WestScott Construction that allows us to keep the arts thriving in Tallahassee!
