Advon Corporation Project Update: Tampa VAMC Specialty Treatment Expansion 🚧

We are making incredible progress this week on our Specialty Treatment Expansion project at the VAMC in Tampa, FL! Our team has been hard at work hitting key milestones:
- Booster Pump Room: Piping successfully fabricated and installed.
- Water Tower Project: Fully completed in front of the main entrance, and the roadway has been completely restored for smooth access.
- Roofing & Insulation: Continued steady installation of ISO Board, Cover Board, and TPO Membrane on both the North and South walls.
- Rooftop Core Drilling: All core drill locations on the rooftop are now officially complete.

Big progress at the OKC VA Parking Garage project! 🏗️

Here’s a quick look at what our team has been working on:

Elevated Slabs: Concrete pour completed this past Monday!

Site Preparation: Road base is currently being placed and compacted, and curbs are staked out.

Electrical & Lighting: Light pole bases are formed and poured. HVAC units are officially connected (awaiting permanent power for final testing).

Structures: Retaining wall has been fully formed and poured.

Big updates from the job site! 🏗️💥

We officially mobilized on-site this week, kicked things off with a solid prep meeting, and our crews have been absolutely crushing it. We are thrilled to announce that we are on track to hit our first major project milestone! 🎉

Here is a quick look at what we've accomplished so far:
- Caging Demolition: 100% complete! 🧹
- Electrical Demolition: 100% complete, and the team has already brought build-back materials on-site. ⚡
- HVAC Demo: Refrigeration has been successfully removed and demolished from HP1 & HP2.

Hello, summer! 😎 Safe to say our team will be living in safety vests and hydration packets for the next few months.

Today marks the official start of summer, and things are heating up at our ADVON jobsites—literally and figuratively! We love the energy of summer building season, even if it means packing a little extra ice in the cooler. 🧊💧
