Christian came to Two Eight two weeks after graduating high school.

He started four years ago as a driller helper and he's been full time in the drill for several years now.

He’s worked in Arkansas and Oklahoma, and has spent the last 3 years running around our Kansas / Missouri territory.

"The hardest part of the job is managing your time. There’s not somebody standing over your shoulder telling you what to do out here."

Christian's pretty good at managing his time and his weekly footage numbers prove it. More weeks than not, you’ll find his name at the top of the chart.

Lewis started at Two Eight as an intern, back when it was still Venture Drilling.

Twelve years later, he’s our Central operations fleet manager.

Now he’s got five mechanics with him, around 52 pieces of equipment to keep up with, and trucks to work on whenever they can find the time.

The best mechanics get the least attention, but Lewis deserves a massive amount of recognition for keeping us rolling.

Thank you, Lewis for choosing to build your career here, and keeping your hands dirty with the Two Eight team.

Jackson used to work at a window factory.

Tired of working indoors and dealing with uncertain hours, he decided to follow a friend and join the Two Eight team as a driller in training.

Now he’s making good money and learning a new skill.
