Here is an update on this project. This property had insulation sheathing boards on the entire exterior walls besides the corners. That’s actually how a lot of projects were done 50 plus years ago.

We removed all the insulation sheathing boards and Installed a total of 90 sheets of 1/2 plywood sheathing on this project. 80 sheets on the walls and 10 on the main roof. We also replaced 72 feet of rotted fascia boards. We waterproofed the walls with house wrap. Tapped around the windows and doors. Installed 1x4s around the doors and windows to create a picture frame look. Capping everything in custom black metal. Installed ice and water shield to the first 3 ft of the roof all the way around and installed a synthetic underlayment to the rest of the roof. Installed new GAF charcoal black shingles with all new vents.

We painted the skylight and whirlybird vent. Sealed entire roof with roofing cement and membrane fabric. Installed a thick layer of silver coating to add to the lifespan of the existing roof. We also installed new fascia cover on the rear of the property and caulked a total of 12 windows on this one.

On this one we ripped off the shingle pent roofs and installed 1/2 sheathing to the top pent coving over the plank board...

On this one we ripped off the shingle pent roofs and installed 1/2 sheathing to the top pent coving over the plank board as the spaces between the boards were pretty wide in a good amount of spots. The lower roof plank boards were in good condition and did not need the sheathing. We Install ice and water shield to both entire pent roofs. Installed all new custom bent metal flashing, fascia cover to both pent roofs and fully wrapped the parapet wall.

Just started this one this morning. We are removing all of the existing brown board insulation to the studs and installing all new half inch sheathing to the rear of the property, left side of the property when facing rear and the top section above the garage roof where existing siding is. Once that is completed we will be capping windows and installing all new siding to those 3 sections.

We are also tearing off the shingles on the main roof only. Replacing any damaged sheathing and installing a complete new dimensional shingle roof.

Brady Masonry Restoration is also working on the project for the client handing the brick removal on the rear and side of the property and is restoring the brick on the front of the property and the garage. This one is going to look great when finished stay tuned 😎

This is another repeat customer. We did this roof maintenance and window caulking for this customer a few years back too!!

We installed rubber circle patches to all the wall crevices to cover popping seams and few other spots on the roof. We completed this one recently too. We removed the existing siding. Installed new house wrap for the waterproofing. Installed new custom bent aluminum to a few areas and installed new Iron stone Grey vinyl siding.
