Progress update on the Aspen build out in Poulsbo. Footing/foundation forms are officially up, which means we’re pouring the foundation shortly. It’s always great to see the actual footprint of the house mapped out on the property for the first time. Concrete trucks are up next! 🚚🧱

We always love the drywall phase because it completely changes the way the interior of the home feels. It’s the moment a framing skeleton actually starts looking and feeling like a real home! 🏠

Now that the sheetrock is up on this Sundance build, you can really see the smart layout taking shape—especially the flow from the open kitchen into the butler's pantry. It also shows off just how much volume those standard 9-foot ceilings give to this 2,640 sq ft single-story.

At 2,640 sq ft, it’s a single-story layout that feels incredibly spacious. Like all of the homes we build at Suprema, we try to make the most of the square footage through smart design—which you can really see in how this open kitchen flows right into a butler's pantry. Additionally, all of our homes come standard with 9-foot ceilings, which helps contribute to the spacious feeling!
