You've got a number in your head for that kitchen or bathroom remodel.

But when you start calling contractors, nobody will give you a straight answer. "It depends" becomes the only estimate you get. So you guess. You hope. And somewhere in month two, the budget cracks.

KOI Build Co is a licensed, bonded, and insured design-build contractor in Olympia. We're honest about costs and timelines. Our featured kitchen investment range is $45k–$65k. Kitchens take 4–6 weeks. Full renovations take 8–12 weeks. Real numbers for South Puget Sound homeowners.

Stop guessing.
