We are pleased to officially announce the launch of our spectacular new Chillcoots website: chillcoots.com!

Special thanks to Kasy Allen, our web developer with WestAgateDigital.com, for her hard work, creativity and countless hours putting together this beautiful site for us! Also a thank you to Diane Ehlert with Elev8 Your Cause for her coordination of new photography assets, and working with Kasy to make the site unique and represent Chillcoots in its best light. And last but not least, a shout out to Greg Hoover for his amazing photography that really showcases our homes the best that can be done! We are very pleased with the final product and hope you all enjoy the site too!

Our winter photo shoot in Grand Lake went well today, despite the cold! Blue sky finally this winter. The photographer’s fingers mostly just froze when doing the drone aerial shots. But having no wind was helpful in keeping the drone steady. Crazy snow cornices on the rooflines. Here are just some quick pics, professional photos to come later.

This high-end rustic kitchen has quite the flair for the countertops. Look closely at the sandalus countertops. As the project manager described the material, “it’s basically fancy granite with rough edges.” All one slab. Beautiful end result.

This impressive floor-to-ceiling window was no easy feat to build in this custom home. Don’t you think this great room is just begging for an equally impressive Christmas tree? Or maybe not, since the mountain view is spectacular too.
