Exciting progress in Canandaigua!

VIP is proud to serve as the General Contractor for the new Finger Lakes Community College Culinary Arts Center.

The new facility will bring together Finger Lakes Community College, New York Kitchen, and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ontario County to expand culinary education, agritourism, and community programming throughout the Finger Lakes.

From Industrial Space to Downtown Living

The Post Apartments are bringing residential living to a former industrial facility in the heart of downtown Syracuse.

The vision for The Post was to create a new purpose for the 216,000 SF former Post-Standard production facility while preserving its character.

Through phased redevelopment, VIP first introduced Class A office space and is now bringing residential living to the former press hall and distribution areas.
