The 2026 Parade of Homes starts today, and this kitchen island is one detail you’ll want to see in person.

Its waterfall edge showcases a rare natural quartzite, with bookmatched veining that carries the pattern across the island. Look closely and you’ll find rust, brown, gray and cream tone, the palette that inspired finishes throughout the home.

This Soake Pools plunge pool arrived as one precast concrete unit and was craned into place on the back patio. From an app, the homeowners can control the jets and lights and check the water temperature.

It’s a compact feature that gives this outdoor space a whole new way to be enjoyed year-round.
