Buhrt Builders took this weekend small fishing cottage to a full time residence for a customer on Little Chapman Lake in Warsaw.

Here are some before and after photos. The owners really like the storage in the garage that will easily hold 4 cars and more.

Buhrt Builders was asked to install a new kitchen on the main floor of a house in Syracuse Indiana. The owner had some space in the basement that was not being used and they wanted to re-purpose the main floor kitchen and move it to the basement. Here are some before and after photos of the new basement kitchen using all the old cabinetry. We were able to re-purpose the countertops as well.

Buhrt Builders specializes in taking on projects that have unique details or design that were specified by the architect, interior designer or homeowner. In this new house we built, this is the stone wood burning fireplace in the main floor living room that was requested by the owner.

In this same home, these beams were completed by my carpenters out of just stock #2 pine boards. Our carpenters distressed the stock pine boards with various wood working tools and crafted these ceiling beams to look similar to barn beams.
