When it rains, look for RAINBOWS.
When it’s dark, look for STARS.

And when you can’t see what’s next?

Maybe you don’t need more certainty.

Maybe you just need the courage to take the next step.

Because sometimes the moments that make your heart beat a little faster are the ones that remind you just how alive, and capable, you really are.

Something exciting is coming.

What if you don’t need a new path? What if you need to try again?

Our first Lake Tahoe hike took us twice as long to reach the destination.

The second time, we knew what was coming:

The swim.
The rope swing.
The climb.
The challenge.

We prepared differently.

And we reached the same destination in half the time.

That’s the lesson:

The destination didn’t change. We did.

In leadership, business, and life, the first attempt often gives you something more valuable than success: evaluated experience.

So don’t be too quick to walk away from the goal.

Take the lesson.
Adjust the strategy.
Prepare better.

Then step up. And do it again.

That’s how you thrive.

“You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” — Zig Ziglar

I’ve found this to be true throughout my career.
The leaders who create the greatest impact aren’t the ones who focus only on advancing themselves.

They’re the ones who ask:
“How can I create more value?”
Ironically, one of the biggest barriers to serving others isn’t a lack of ability.
It’s hesitation.
The hesitation to speak up.
The hesitation to lead.
The hesitation to share an idea.
The hesitation to have a difficult conversation.

When we allow those invisible boundaries to make our decisions, we don’t just limit ourselves—we limit the people we were meant to serve.

That’s why I’m hosting a complimentary webinar, Beyond Boundaries, where we’ll explore the hidden beliefs that keep capable leaders from taking courageous action and how to begin moving beyond them.

If you’ve ever felt called to make a greater impact but found yourself waiting for the “right time,” I hope you’ll join me.

Sometimes the greatest opportunity to serve begins with one courageous decision.

Recently, my daughter was determined to go rollerblading.

The bumps and cracks of the pavement were there. The road wasn’t perfect.

I asked, “Do you want to turn back?”

She smiled. “No.”

It reminded me that courage rarely begins with confidence.

It begins with a decision.

A burning desire strengthens the will. And when the will is strong enough, we stop looking for excuses and start finding a way.

Maybe the greatest boundary you’ll ever overcome isn’t in front of you.

It’s the one you’ve accepted in your own mind.

“The only limits that exist are the ones you place on yourself.” — Bob Proctor

Recently, I watched my daughter choose the hill instead of turning back.

It reminded me that boundaries aren’t always out there.

Most of the time... they’re within.

What if the next level of your leadership, career, or life isn’t waiting for more confidence, but for one courageous decision?

Beyond Boundaries is coming.

Are you ready to discover what’s really been holding you back?

”Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear.” — Mark Twain

That quote stayed with me.

Two years ago, I stood at the open door of an airplane, 13,000 feet above the ground.

Every instinct told me to stay where I was.

But I realized something...

The biggest obstacle wasn’t fear.

It was the story I was telling myself about what I was capable of.

The moment I stopped letting hesitation make my decisions, everything changed.

That experience became the inspiration for Jump & Thrive, because the greatest leap isn’t from an airplane.

It’s from the life your doubts have been writing to the life your courage is ready to create.

✨ What would become possible if you believed in yourself just a little more today?

The messages that create lasting change don’t happen by accident.

They are shaped through continuous learning, thoughtful feedback, and a commitment to serving people well.

This weekend, I’m grateful to continue learning alongside my mentor, Paul Martinelli, and an exceptional community in Stage Ready 2.0 because leaders, teams, and organizations deserve messages that don’t just inform, but inspire action.

My goal is simple: to continue expanding the ways I can serve, whether through executive coaching or from the stage so more people have the clarity, courage, and confidence to create meaningful change where it matters most.

When we invest in becoming better communicators, everyone we serve benefits.
