🏡 Back at the farmhouse project!
Sometimes creating something new starts with taking a little of the old away. 🔨
We’re tackling some outside demo and clearing the way to make space for new ideas. There’s a lot more planned for this old farmhouse, and we’re excited to watch the transformation take shape—inside and out!
Stay tuned… this one is going to be fun to follow. 👀

🏡 A little color, a little rustic cabinetry, and a few modern touches…
This farmhouse remodel is all about finding that perfect balance between rustic character and modern comfort.
We’re bringing in warm, rustic cabinetry and a pop of color to give the space personality and a little happiness—while adding modern details like toe-kick lighting and LED mirrors for an unexpected update. ✨
It’s the best of both worlds: a home that still feels like an old farmhouse, but functions beautifully for the way this family lives today.
Because good design doesn’t have to fit perfectly into one style. Sometimes it’s the mix of old + new, rustic + modern, and practical + fun that makes a home feel just right. ❤️

✨ Sometimes the perfect piece is already waiting to be discovered.
We love the beautiful texture and movement in this granite vanity top! Even better? This piece was a leftover remnant that happened to be just the right size for this small powder room.
The heavily textured appearance gives the granite tons of character and makes it a standout feature in the space. But don’t let the look fool you—the surface actually feels surprisingly smooth and is still practical and easy to clean.
Using remnants for smaller projects like powder room vanities can be a great way to incorporate a unique, high-impact material without needing an entire slab.
It’s proof that even the smallest spaces deserve a little personality. ❤️

✨ Sometimes a few small changes make ALL the difference.
A beautiful kitchen transformation doesn’t always mean changing everything. Sometimes it’s about making the right changes.
🎨 A little fresh paint
🏡 A larger opening to improve the light
🤍 An updated, cohesive color palette
✨ And thoughtful details that bring it all together
The result? A kitchen that feels brighter, more open, more inviting—and completely refreshed.
Good design is about looking at what you already have, seeing the potential, and knowing which changes will make the biggest impact.
Thinking your kitchen could use a fresh perspective? Let’s see what’s possible.

🏡 Less than 24 hours after closing… and we’re already at it!
This family just got the keys to their new property, and we wasted no time getting started. First up: tackling the outside cleanup and getting this old farmhouse ready for its next chapter. 🧹🌳🔨
But the outside is just the beginning!
We’ll be working with this family to transform the interior of this farmhouse, bringing new life to the home while creating spaces that work for the way they live today.
We love being part of a project from the very beginning—helping homeowners take a property with potential and turn it into a place that truly feels like home.
👀 Be sure to follow along and check back for updates. We’ll be sharing the renovation progress, before-and-afters, design decisions, and plenty of transformation along the way!
Thinking about renovating a home of your own?
🔨 Design. Build. Enjoy.
