We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Powder Coating Technician. Previous powder coating experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Organizing and managing powder coating projects
* Preparing materials for coating, including sandblasting, disassembly, and reassembly of parts
* Stripping and cleaning parts as required
* Applying powder coatings efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
* Monitoring and maintaining powder coating inventory
* Tracking and replenishing shop consumables
* Performing routine maintenance on powder coating equipment, including the oven, blasting cabinet, spray gun, and booth
* Cleaning filters and lubricating equipment components on a regular schedule
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including sweeping and general shop upkeep

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Dependable and punctual
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to lift and move materials as needed
