We received an unbelievable amount of phone calls today related to generators and back up power. We helped as many of our customers as we could.

Some advice for our customers, A lot of you called and had not checked on your generator in a year or more and had not had us out to maintain them. It's very important to have regular maintenance. As you now see, you went to test your generators before the storm and they had dead batteries, wouldn't start, weren't producing electricity etc. And we found based on the data in the control board that the error codes had occurred over a year ago. Very preventable.

Those of you who called this morning to have a generator installed by yesterday, GREAT SCOTT!!.....Wish we had the Delorean and 1.21 gigawatts, we would have went back to the future and tried to install one for you before the storm arrived.
