Here’s some insight on an upcoming project to commence mid July.

Large composite deck with black aluminum railings. We will install cap lighting on all of the railing posts. Down lighting will be added on all structural posts holding the deck upright. A lower level concrete pad with linear drains will also be added.

In addition, we will a be excavating a large area off the driveway and installing a temporary retaining wall for Phase II of this project .

Phase II will consist of a new foundation once we remove the retaining wall we installed during Phase I. A separate two car garage will be then be added at the end of the driveway looking over the pool area.

Finishing this project, we will install a roof over a portion of the new deck. Ceiling fans and low voltage lighting will complete the project

I’d like to thank Samantha and Chris for allowing us to take up their backyard space for a bit while we constructed their ideal outdoor living area.
We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the construction process. We are grateful for the opportunity to help bring your vision to life.

Landscaping will finish this backyard makeover and enhance their outdoor living area with some color.

We are excited to break ground on this custom outdoor living area this week.

First, a raised full color flagstone pad off the kitchen, a lower full color flagstone pad off living room with a walkway from pad to driveway to match. We will finishing the area with and full color flagstone pad around pool for lounging.

Natural fieldstone veneer will be installed on walls and risers. Faced limestone treads and wall caps will tie it all in along with low voltage lighting to highlight the area.
