We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to work on this building and for such a great client. It’s rewarding to see it fill up with fantastic tenants too. Our buddy Terry of Oden Studios worked with Polly and Esther (and photo bombed us in the street view.) We worked on El Colibri, the structural remediations, and the apartments above. The building looks great and we will definitely be back for more shopping and Mexican food!
