We are Hiring and wanting to expand our Team! All positions are available immediately and Full Time 😁. Not clear what full time is? 35- 50 hrs a week.
Positions available- 2 entry level laborers. No experience necessary. Pay is $21.50 hr w/out a valid ODL $22.00 hr with. Requirements-
Punctual! Be on time. Be respectful to both Team members and Homeowners. Able to lift 75lbs. This is a 30 day probation period mind you. After 30 days, pay increase of 5% ($23.10 hr) for Retirement. Travel pay, sick pay, bonus, boot/ shoe reimbursement and a paid vacation included as well. We supply all equipment, tools, PPE and transportation from our shop to all jobs.
We are also Looking to hire 1-2
"Experienced" installers as well. Starting pay for probationary period of 30 days is $23.00 hr. After 30 day probationary period pay jumps to $24.10 hr. All benefits from above still the same as well. Knowledge, skill and ability for all openings are a huge plus for increase above our advertised pay. Experience of watching install procedures on YouTube does not count lol. Keep in mind, We are Hand Nailers. NO pneumatic guns are used to install our composition Roofing. Sorry 😉. Willing to expand your knowledge and learn the Art of hand nailing? Freedom without dragging a hose to run a pneumatic gun is amazing.
Furthermore, we are also looking for the right Team member that is bilingual in our trade and a experienced Installer as well 😉.
Again, this position is immediate for the right person. Pay is dependant on experience in our trade and clear bilingual skills for communication is a must All benefits from above openings are still the same for all positions.

In my opinion, this is what is wrong with society today. Disheartening to say the least. In the last 24 hrs our billboard and another business owners billboard were vandalized to send a "quote" message. I apologize for the pic to show the message from the vandals. It is vulger. However, I think the bigger message is what we as a society have to correct. Respect!! Respect for private property, Respect for our seasoned generation and respect that we all have different political beliefs. If whoever has done this, I truly hope you are listening. Its all of our rights to protest peacefully. But, when you trespass and vandalize private property to send your message ... You truly are the problem. If you truly believe in your message ... Then get involved and be part of the solution not the problem! You are hurting us working folks in the private sector not the government actions you are protesting when you vandalize what we work hard for to make a living for our families and our employees and their families. All you are doing is making the political scene worse in your actions. In other words, not helping your message.
