We knew this deck was going to be big… but after seeing it in person, we didn't expect it to be THIS massive 👷🔨

This one's keeping us on our toes with extremely complicated ground levels and super precise details on every inch. Today was a full work mode: running the forklift, setting beams, and laying out joists to bring the whole structure to life.

It's complex and detailed — and it's coming together exactly how it should. Stay tuned, this one's going to be impressive 🔨

Private Swim Spa Paradise loading 👷….

Phase 1 is officially DONE — old deck ripped out and gone, site excavated, and a MASSIVE 14’ x 30’ reinforced concrete swim spa pad poured to perfection. Our team is in the trenches right now getting the footings set and joists going up. Pressure-treated framing, structural beams, custom stairs — this thing is about to take SHAPE fast.⚒️👷

What a summer it's been, filled with lots of custom decks and amazing clients. 🏠

We took this 16' x 10' deck from old to brand new. Full demolition and removal, new pressure-treated framing, beautiful composite decking with a picture-frame border, new wood railing, and a new 4ft stair set.
