We are thrilled to announce that our newest team member, Lakelyn, joined the company just before Christmas this year! Although her résumé is short, her specialties include napping during meetings, keeping us up for late-night brainstorming sessions, and mastering the art of negotiation. Lakelyn’s most important job will be making sure her Dad and Papa behave themselves while she carefully oversees the allocation of company profits to diapers, formula, toys, and adorable outfits. We can't wait for all the joy and laughter she'll bring to our NES family!

Customs House & Post Office, District Court, and now residential and first floor commercial.

Northeast Structural Engineering was part of the rehabilitation of this St. Albans City historic building that went from uninhabitable to its fresh new use in St. Albans’ beautifully revived downtown. Our work included overall structural evaluation, accessibility improvements, new floor planning, and most significantly, the removal of two retrofit columns in the historically preserved first floor great room.

I took my driver’s test out of this building…way back when. Anybody else?
