In the next couple weeks, I’ll be looking to bring someone on full-time who is interested in learning and growing in the construction industry.
I’m not necessarily looking for someone who already knows everything. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, reliability, and a growth mindset are what matter most to me. I’m willing to teach the right person and help them develop their skills across multiple trades.
Most of our work consists of repairs and smaller construction projects, so no two days are exactly the same.
Work may include:
• General labor
• Carpentry
• Painting
• Demolition
• Gutter work
• Roofing repairs
• Small construction projects
I’m looking for someone who wants to learn multiple trades, build their skills, and grow with the company.
🚚 Transportation
There will be two options:
• If you have a reliable truck and are willing to use it for work, we can discuss compensation for its use.
• Or, we can provide a company truck that will need to be picked up and dropped off each workday.
Hours: 30–40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime for those who want it.
