Thank you so much for having us! 🎣⚡️ We had an absolute blast!

Wavelength may be all about keeping the Crystal Coast lit, but every now and then we like to trade the wire st*****rs for fishing rods and spend some quality time on the water. 🌊

Even better when we get to support and connect with one of our fellow local businesses and BNI partners. Huge thank you to Nanny's Revenge Fishing Charter for taking such great care of our crew — rain and all! 😂🎣

Nothing beats supporting local, building relationships, and enjoying the community we’re lucky enough to call home. 💙⚡️

Big things happening at Wavelength! ⚡️

We’re excited to be sponsoring one of our apprentices through the NCAEC Apprenticeship Program as he continues building his education, field experience, and career in the electrical trade.

We believe in investing in the next generation of electricians — giving them the training, mentorship, and real-world experience they need to become skilled, confident craftsmen.

Proud to support the journey and even more excited to see where it leads. ⚡️💪

⚡ WE’RE HIRING: SERVICE ELECTRICIAN ⚡

Wavelength Electric is looking for an experienced Service Technician Electrician to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who has 4–5+ years of quality electrical experience and is confident working independently in both residential and commercial troubleshooting and service work.

The right person for this position:

🔹 Has 4–5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
🔹 Is strong in troubleshooting and problem solving
🔹 Has residential AND commercial experience
🔹 Enjoys figuring out the “puzzle” instead of just replacing parts
🔹 Communicates well and is great with clients
🔹 Takes pride in clean, quality workmanship
🔹 Wants to continue learning and growing as an electrician and as a person
🔹 Works well as part of a team
🔹 Shows up with a good attitude
🔹 Has a valid driver’s license

We’re building a team of electricians who care about their craft, support each other, and want to keep getting better.

If you’re looking for a place where you can learn, grow, be trusted in the field, and be part of a great team, we’d love to talk.

📩 Interested? Send us a message or email your resume to [email protected].

The best electricians don’t memorize the entire code book — they know how to find the right answer. ⚡️

The code is always evolving, which means the tools we use should evolve too.

The NEC will always be our foundation, but when we’re out in the field, AskBonBon gives us another resource right from our phones to help point us in the right direction.

Because guessing isn’t good enough when you’re doing electrical work.

“Why do you do this every day?”

Because we love it. ⚡️

We love building something from nothing. We love solving problems. We love looking back at a finished job and knowing we did that.

It’s hard work. It takes skill. And not every day is an easy one — but there’s a reason we keep showing up.

From Training ➡️ To the Field ⚡️

Last week, Dylan was in the shop learning and practicing how to bend 90s. This week, he’s on site putting those reps to work on his first conduit run.

That’s why we train before the job demands it — practice it, understand it, then put it to use in the field.

Building skills. Building confidence. Building better electricians. ⚡️

The work you see in the field starts right here. ⚡

We say it often at Wavelength: we’re not a family, we’re a team.

Every person around this table brings something different — different strengths, experience, ideas and perspectives. But we’re all responsible for upholding the same Wavelength standard.

That means holding each other accountable. Asking questions. Continuing to learn. Speaking up about safety. Taking pride in our work. And owning it when we get something wrong.

Our core values — integrity, craftsmanship, education, accountability and service — aren’t just words. They’re the standard we expect from each other every day.

Different strengths. One team. One standard. ⚡

Today we’re in Indian Beach replacing a rusted-out meter setup. 🌊⚡️

Living on the coast means salt air, moisture, and corrosion can take a serious toll on exterior electrical equipment. When a meter base deteriorates far enough, the electric company may condemn the meter and require it to be replaced.

If you receive a notice from the electric company that your meter has been condemned, give Wavelength Electric a call. We can help coordinate the replacement and get your service back where it needs to be.

And if you’re already seeing heavy rust or corrosion around your meter, it’s worth having it checked before it gets to that point.

⚡ FROM THE FIELD | Tricks of the Trade

Working solo vs. having a second set of hands makes a BIG difference in the field.

Today Dave’s showing one of those little tricks you pick up along the way — how to hold your tape while bending pipe when there’s nobody there to hold it for you.

Because sometimes teamwork makes the dream work…

and sometimes you ARE the team. 😂

Little tricks. Years of experience. Passed down from the field.
