A new customer reached out for help with a Samsung warranty on a system installed by another contractor that would not assist with repairs.

We took care of the defective part from ordering and handling all warranty paperwork and made al necessary repairs

Had to disassemble the entire unit to make the repair, but the unit is now running perfectly

Busy season continues at Armitstead HVAC, swapped out an old leaking central AC system with a new BOSCH High Efficiency heat pump system in Winthrop, with a 10 year manufacturers warranty.

Also in Winthrop we installed a new 5 zone Samsung Max Heat mini split system to replace an old electric baseboard heating system on a new home purchase/remodel before the customer moves in. Much more efficient and comfortable than baseboard heating along with cooling in the summer. 12 year parts warranty with the Samsung units
Both jobs complete with Mass save and federal tax credits

Also all of our new customers (along with previous customers) installations that receive (or received) a Mass Save rebate will now get reduced electric rates during heating seasons from Nov 1 through April 1 each year as an extra incentive for switching to heat pumps as a primary or secondary heating source

Also installed 3 nest thermostats to be able to control both sources of heat from one app

Finished a single zone floor console Samsung Max Heat mini split heat pump for a customer in Swampscott that had no heat in their kitchen

They had no wall space for a traditional mini split so floor console worked perfect

Complete with 12 year Samsung warranty and WiFi control

Also installed and programmed a NEST thermostat for them that they were having trouble installing on their own while I was there
